[Acne] Does anyone have any recommendations for an ultra moisturizing moisturizer to use while on tretinoin that isn’t cetaphil or cerave?

My dermatologist prescribed me tretinoin several months ago, but I’ve never really gotten past that “purge” stage, and I have a suspicion it’s because the cetaphil face wash and moisturizing cream I’ve always sworn by is clogging my pores. I switched to a LRP moisturizing face wash and so far it seems to be okay. Does anyone have any recommendations for a moisturizer that actually moisturizes with tretinoin? (And the cold winter months). I’ve tried cerave and vanicream in the past and they don’t work for me.
