[Acne] Help!! Swelling after attempting an extraction - how to reduce?

I have two active deep pimples on my forehead that I’ve been treating for a few days. One of them came to a little head and I stupidly tried to squeeze it. I ended up extracting one but the other one close to it is angry! That entire area swelled up and although the redness is gone my forehead looks like there’s a giant lump underneath from the swelling. I feel so stupid and don’t want to leave the house tomorrow if it doesn’t go away. Is there anything I can do to help it?
