[acne] what’s a good super gentle non irritating moisturizer and exfoliated?

I have super sensitive skin that breaks out from every moisturizer (cetaphil, cera ve, Vichy serum, etc) and I never exfoliate. My skin feels dull and recently I got white heads on my left cheek and every pimple leave a red mark for ages. I do not want to purge for months so I just want a gentle product
