Beauty Tips For Body Care
Looking to go to a med spa to get microneedling for the first time, and noticed they have the option to get LED therapy (I assume red light?) with it. Is this really worth it? As in, does it make a noticeable difference in the long run, or does it just help with recovery? My skin is rather sensitive, so I'd rather not subject it to any more than I have to.
