Beauty Tips For Body Care
I ordered this in a kit with the 1% retinol cuz I'm a big PC fan and have generally heard positive things about these products, but I just scanned the reviews and they're full of horror stories! It seems like there was a bad batch or quality control issue in production. Has anyone had any issues? I was super excited to try it but now I'm nervous about even patch testing it! In general, has anyone noticed a decline in quality for PC products lately?
