Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey, hope everything is well skincare friend. I have had this problem for ages:One evening I wash my face, put on moisturizer and it feels fine. Second day it's irritated. Third day there's redness and irritation. Fourth day it's fine. Fifth day moisturizer won't sink in and so forth...I always think it's about HOW I wash my face (what kind of technique I use). I change these up all the time. These things I have NEVER found a good answer for:How long should I let the facial cleanser sit on my face? (esp. gentle cleansers)How much water should I splash the face with? (3 times? 5 times? 10? until it feels a certain way? is "too much water" a thing?)Should I run the water down on my face with my fingers (massage) or literally just "splash" (I'm not convinced that this concept is even clear to me...)Should gentle hydrating cleanser be somehow sunk in my skin for the healing agents to work? Should it be kind of a "moisturizer" and then I wash off the residuals?Should the face be wet before cleanser or dry? What amount of cleanser and moisturizer? (please no "pea size", or "nickel size" I don't eat peas and in my currency there's no nickels)I swear I cannot find good answers to this whole thing. Each video I watch just skips the water splashing part and rushes through massaging and I'm not sure if it should be even the same procedure with foaming vs gentle hydrating cleansers. If somebody would give me a peace of mind on this matter, I would be eternally grateful. I've struggled with skincare problems 9 years, and this is a big part of it. (very difficult skin)P.S. My routine:Morning: nothing (I used to wash my face in mornings for ages, but I found it is too much. It feels that even water irritates my skin... Is this even possible?)Evening: cleanse with LRP gentle hydrating, and use ceralan plus moisturizer. I used cerave in tub for quite a while but it feels weird on my skin after some hours
