[skin concern] my cheeks are constantly peeling. I scrub it off & it comes right back. I’ll put on foundation & a few hours later it’s peeling off! Just those 2 areas & dry and greasy at same time. I think I have dehydrated skin, so I got Neutrogena Hydro Boost thinking it would help - hasnt.
