[Product Question] Solawave — Advanced Skincare Wand with Red Light Therapy, does it work or is it a gimmick?

I’ve been on the market for a good LED light therapy tool and been going between a few. I saw Solawave is having a pretty great buy one get one free sale for black friday and I’m wondering if anyone’s tired it or if it works? The price for one normally is pretty cheap compared to other brands and it kind of seems to good to be true but I would love it if I were wrong lol. Thoughts on this product/other recommendations? Thanks!
