[Routine Help] Difficulties getting rid of sebum, whiteheads and closed comedones, especially on nose and forehead (Note: using solely Cerave products)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I would say that I have combination skin to oily skin and have been using a combination of the CeraVe Foaming Cleanser and CeraVe Salycilic Acid Smoothing Cleanser for about 3 months now and did my best to do some prior research as it's my first real time jumping into skincare (currently 20M). Wanted to get rid of the whiteheads/sebum build up on my nose and stop any closed comedones and whiteheads on my forehead and cheeks/jawline. So took the path of using Salicylic Acid as that was generally the recommended solution. However, I've seen little to no improvement over this period (obviously wasn't expected miracles) and unfortunately I fall into the habit of squeezing my nose, forehead, and cheeks/jawline to get rid of the build up, but it feels like that on my nose (and the crevasse either side of your nose which leads to your nostrils) simply overnight all the build up is right back there, despite even trying to use Salicyclic Acid in the morning and night. Overall I don't have bad skin, in a normal conversation no one would even notice, but close up I notice so many little things and I can't help but try and get rid of them, so any advice for where I should go from here would be greatly appreciated. Any tips? Other products? Possibly even some moisturizers, as I tried some of the Cerave Moisterisuers (AM and PM) and it felt as if it just clogged my pores worse
