[Routine Help] if you use cerave pm or a moisturizer with HA or niacinamide, can you skip using a serum of those?

I currently have a basic, but good moisturizer that works for me and then I use TO Buffet serum and the TO niacinamide serum. In order to save money, can I switch to using cerave pm and skip the serums but still get the same affects?( since the pm lotion has niacinamide & HA - will it be enough?)Also does anyone know of a good all in one serum that doesn’t break the bank?
