Hey guys! I’ve been using .025% tretinoin cream nightly for more than a couple months now, and I just noticed a new milia under my eye, pretty much on my cheekbone.I thought tretinoin was enough of an exfoliator, but do I need to use some other form of exfoliation? Has this happened to anyone else?
