24F My skin has been breaking out for 3 months and making me very depressed. [Acne]

Hi guys. I'm 24F in the UK and my skin, most specifically my chin, has been constantly breaking out for 3 months now.To say its making me depressed would be an understatement. I already have severe self esteem issues and depression, so the fact my skin just won't calm down and is always covered in spots is deeply affecting me.I've tried so many different things to help it, such as: - Changing diet - Changing pillowcase / sleeping on fresh t shirt every night - Not wearing make up - Wiping / blotting my face throughout the day - Targeted and reduced skin care routinesI've never had a severe break out for this long, and considering none of the above has helped I'm hopeless.I plan on booking a doctors appointment and likely being referred but I don't know how long that process will take and I can't cope with my skin being like this anymore. I constantly hide my face and cancel plans because of how bad it makes me feel.Is there anything out there I haven't tried, or anything anything will help calm my skin down even a little? The only product that seems to have had some effect is salicylic acid, but it is still minimal and does not prevent further breakouts.Sorry if this has become more of a rant than anything, but I am just at my wits end :(
