[Anti-Aging] Any advice on reversing what I think is burn damage?

I was born with eczema and have been using Eucerin my whole life. I'm working with a friend on creating a regimen, but I'm wondering if there's anything that could be used to reverse really wrinkly hands? The backs of my hands look (relatively) fine which makes me think the issue with the fronts of my hands stem from a second-degree burn I received when I was three (long story short, on a hot summer day I put my hands on a light built into the sidewalk way longer than I should have).PicsI have an appointment with a dermatologist for other issues in a month. Do any of you guys know if there's something else that could be done about this?Thanks!
