Next step for body acne? [acne]

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I’ve had breakouts on my (27F) chest and back for about ten years on and off. It’s not severe…but it’s persistent. I’ve had periods where it looks pretty clear, but I can just tell it’s gonna come back. I can tell it’s always acne prone (if that makes sense) and it does! What I’m noticing now is 90% of my bacne is under the bra I wear every day. I have a couple I use, but they’re the same style. It’s like a bralette so the band is thick. But you can see all the hyperpigmentation (I get new ones every so often in that area) are all under the bra. I don’t sweat a lot and it’s not very tight. I do get spots on my upper back and shoulders too, but they’re tame enough now that it’s not a big insecurity (would still be cool to fix though). Then my chest is just random. Sometimes it’s just little pimples, once in a while I’ll get one that’s way more stubborn, forms a head, and doesn’t pop so maybe those are staph? Idk, I get those like once a year but I wanted to mention them.I also really struggle with skin picking, but when my skin is smooth I just don’t do it.I’ve gone to multiple derms in the past and was offered antibiotics (did nothing but potentially worsen my GI issues I had in college), benzoyl peroxide (didn’t work), spiro (refused), and accutane (refused).I’ve tried multiple soaps. Right now I’m using something from Murad. I think it might be helping, but only marginally.I have acne on my face, but it’s a lot better just using retinol and BHA.What’s next? My sister and aunt have done accutane, but I just don’t think this is severe enough for that. I’ve convinced myself I just have to live with it, but it limits my clothing so much and messes with my confidence. Here is a pic.Edit: I’ve tried differin, Paula’s choice BHA body lotion, Glytone, and every weird diet.

[Routine Help] Difficulties getting rid of sebum, whiteheads and closed comedones, especially on nose and forehead (Note: using solely Cerave products)

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I would say that I have combination skin to oily skin and have been using a combination of the CeraVe Foaming Cleanser and CeraVe Salycilic Acid Smoothing Cleanser for about 3 months now and did my best to do some prior research as it's my first real time jumping into skincare (currently 20M). Wanted to get rid of the whiteheads/sebum build up on my nose and stop any closed comedones and whiteheads on my forehead and cheeks/jawline. So took the path of using Salicylic Acid as that was generally the recommended solution. However, I've seen little to no improvement over this period (obviously wasn't expected miracles) and unfortunately I fall into the habit of squeezing my nose, forehead, and cheeks/jawline to get rid of the build up, but it feels like that on my nose (and the crevasse either side of your nose which leads to your nostrils) simply overnight all the build up is right back there, despite even trying to use Salicyclic Acid in the morning and night. Overall I don't have bad skin, in a normal conversation no one would even notice, but close up I notice so many little things and I can't help but try and get rid of them, so any advice for where I should go from here would be greatly appreciated. Any tips? Other products? Possibly even some moisturizers, as I tried some of the Cerave Moisterisuers (AM and PM) and it felt as if it just clogged my pores worse

[Product question] Can you recommend a light, non-greasy/non-sticky moisturizer?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi All, I’m trying to introduce my boyfriend to skincare but he is being very picky about it. I succeeded in teaching him to use a face cleanser but of course only this alone is not enough. He has some blackheads and congestion and occasional breakouts and his skin is dry. He does not like most serums and creams due to them feeling heavy or sticky on the skin. Can you think of something that might be lighter but still have active ingredients to help with his skin concerns. Just a note - we are from Europe so not all US brands are available here. Thanks for any suggestions you might have!

[Skin Concerns] Buttne aka crackne

Beauty Tips For Body Care
For the past four years or so I’ve struggled with 1-3 acne like bumps under the skin in my buttocks crack. I’ve never seen a derm about it because it’s very embarrassing. Anyone have experience with this? I’ve tried sulphate soap, BP, nothing seems to work.NSFW butt photos

[Product Question] Can you use The Ordinary Niacinamide and Zinc Solution with Vitamin C?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
The Ordinary clearly says to not combine the Niacinamide solution with Vitamin C, but an article I read (https://www.byrdie.com/niacinamide-and-vitamin-c-4845348#so-can-you-use-niacinamide-and-vitamin-c-together) even advices to do so and says this is based on outdated studys. I read that it‘s okay to be used together on other sources as well. Whats the opinion of the SCA community?
