Hello! I (26F) have been struggling with acne since puberty. I just recently discovered this subreddit and it has given me the motivation to really try and kick it once and for all. For now, I just have a question about hydrocolloid bandages. I decided to try them for the first time today, because they seem like the holy grail that may have been missing from my routine. I was planning on wearing them all day but plans changed (unexpected house guests) so I had to remove them after only 2 hours or so. I could see that they were already starting to work, but from what I have read I don't think this was really enough time. Is it safe for me to reapply them tonight, or will this cause damage? I have a history of getting overexcited about products that seem to be quick fixes and end up going overkill, which always just makes the problem worse. So my question is - can you overdo hydrocolloid bandages, or is it okay to wear them during the day and again overnight?Thanks!tldr: Is it safe to wear hydrocolloid bandages overnight when you have also had them on during the day? Can you go overkill on these or is it the more the merrier?
