[Sun Care] I don't go outside + almost never open the blinds = Do I need to wear sunscreen?

Hello! I know it's not good to not see sunlight, I just want to know if it's worth it to wear sunscreen if I only get like an hour or two of light. Especially if I'm inside and I don't ever get direct exposure. I usually wake up at 3pm and get sun exposure around 5pm until the sun goes down, through my curtains. I'm always in a shaded area. Thank you!
