Beauty Tips For Body Care
I used to have decent, if a tad dehydrated skin, and a singular deep wrinkle on my (very expressive) face. I started using sunscreen whenever I go outside (Biore's UV Essence Watery Gel). It's okay, but a bit greasy. My usual morning moisturiser has been replaced with Benton's Snail Bee High Content Lotion because it would pill constantly and at night I use a Vitamin E cream with small amounts of retinol. My skin has gotten worse. Where I used to have one deep wrinkle I now have two, and two more on the other side of my forehead. What am I doing wrong? My face is also breaking out around the chin area. For the record, I spend most of my day indoors, my diet has improved (though not by much), and I'm more active than before. My routine is:Morning:wash face with lukewarm waterapply BSBHCLdo my makeupapply sunscreen, then translucent powder on the T-zoneEvening:Wash off makeup with oil and a pH-balanced cleanserApply creamIt's fairly bare-bones because I'm too lazy and scatter-brained to remember to do all those steps. I've been thinking about retinol but I'm actually afraid it might hurt me in the long run if my sunscreen sweats or rubs off accidentally. For the reference, I live in the deep North so there isn't much sun here.
