[Acne] Are spots around my mouth likely to be hormonal acne?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have particular problems with spots around my mouth and chin area, often in pockets just below the corners of my mouth. They start of as swollen, red under the skin spots that feel tight and sore, erupting in a couple of days into large whiteheaded spots. I get these 1-2 times a week. Apologies for poor quality photo but hopefully gives you an idea of location - http://i.imgur.com/krltP7W.jpgI think this has always been the place I've been more prone to getting spots, but it has seemed particularly worse in the last year. Everything I have read suggests that the cause is hormonal. I have not noted any particular monthly fluctuation, but should add that my method of contraception is a mirena coil and I haven't had periods for about 7 years now (lucky me) so it's hard to know exactly when my cycle is! I didn't get on well with the pill in the past and would prefer to stick with this method of contraception unless absolutely necessary.I have combination skin that's pale and very sun-sensitive. Prone to dryness, shiny in t-zone with large pore/SFs on my nose. Since discovering SCA I have changed my routine and stopped using things like make-up remover wipes and cream cleanser. Since I started using this new routine my skin feels less dry and in better condition, getting fewer spots in general on my face but still getting the ones around my mouth. I don't know if it is relevant but I get psoriasis and am very prone to other skin complaints on my body (fungal infections, pityriasis, dermatitis) but don't get them on my face.My current routine is:Morning - wash with water in shower, moisturiser with SPF 35 before makeupEvening - OCM (still finding the right oil, have been trying coconut and sweet almond, reacted badly to adding castor) with a washcloth, Paula's choice 2% BHA 2-3 times a week, oil as moisturiser.
