Beauty Tips For Body Care
I have been stepping up my skincare routine to take better care of my pale, sensitive, dry skin. I have recently come to accept that I am getting older and have fine lines and dryness around my eyes and cheeks, so I started using my acne retinoid as a collagen booster. Here are the products (in order) I currently use; Before Bed Neutrogena Night Calming Cleansing Wipes(Tues and Thurs) Adapalene 0.5% on problem zones and edges of eyes(Mon, Wed, Fri) Studio 35 Beauty Face Cream 8% AHA with 20 minute set in timeAlgenist Genius Ultimate Anti-Aging Eye CreamFirst Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Hydra-Firm Sleeping Cream Shower Cetaphil Cleanser All Skin TypesClairisonic Mia Morning (on sunny days) Shiseido Urban Environment Oil-Free UV Protector SPF42(when dry) Walgreens Cortizone Ultimate Healing Creme with 1% hydrocortisone, chamomile, and antioxidantsMDSolarsciences Mineral Beauty Balm Broad Spectrum SPF50DermaBlend Smooth Indulgence Foundation SPF20 I only started the AHA yesterday and today I noticed that the texture of my skin is better but I am a little blotchy with closed comedones coming to the surface and a little peeling in places where I have noticed dormant blockages before. Is this just the AHA helping me purge or should I take a step back and not use the AHA quite yet? Please let me know if my routine sounds a little too aggressive or if I'm on the right track to keep my skin looking great in my 30s ;)
