[anti-aging] What causes skin to sag and how does moisturizing effect it?

I think, at least on men, saggy skin is a lot worse than getting wrinkles. What causes sagging? Especially at the jawline It's most noticeable. Is saggy skin caused by some sort of facial fat loss from aging (that happens)? Does moisturizing prevent sagging in the same way it prevents wrinkles? Or do you do something else for sagging?For example, George Clooney at 50 is wrinkly but he doesn't have saggy skin like some people develop by that age.Some people have saggy skin but very few wrinkles into their 70's.Sagging is not the same as wrinkled, but I think sagging's worse.and I don't think bone structure has anything to do with it otherwise people with weak jaws would have saggy skin at a young age. It probably has to do with skin or fat changes.
