[Product Question] Paula's Choice BHA exfoliant makes my face SUPER oily/product won't dry for hours. Is that normal??

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Just started using PC anti-redness extra strength BHA exfoliant in the morning. My routine before involved a little CeraVe moisturizer before I left the house, but these days the exfoliant isn't even dry by the time I have to leave for work (20-30 min after application). As I sit here, THREE HOURS LATER, sections of my face still feel a little damp/oily, and that's after 45 min of walking outside in the cold! It's not unbearably unpleasant, but I'm not fond of the shine it leaves on my skin, and I'm a little worried about my skin getting dehydrated. I have a similar problem at night when I use the Alpha Hydrox AHA Soufflé, so I just haven't been using moisturizer except on my eyes. This is especially weird for me since BHAs are typically super drying for my skin, but my face feels hyper-moisturized right now, if anything. Is this typical for this product? Is my face just hella weird?I think my skin is oily/combo, and right now my routine is:AM: CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, PC BHA anti-rednessPM: CeraVe Foaming Cleanser, Alpha Hydrox AHA Soufflé
