[Acne] [Routine Help] I need help boosting my prescription routine for hormonal acne!

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi everyone, I'm new here (but not new to skincare -- this is a lifelong obsession for me)!To give you some background, I'm 27 years old. Until about a year and a half ago, I was on Yaz, which gave me perfect (albeit somewhat dry, but manageable) skin. I switched to the Mirena for financial reasons, and I've been having issues with my face ever since. I don't have particularly oily skin, but the acne and inflammation was making me miserable. It looked even worse with makeup over it -- just a disaster. I wanted to cry every time I looked in the mirror. We're talking closed comedones, giant, painful, red cysts, blackheads, THE WORKS. What a nightmare.Anyway, I finally got it together to see a derm a couple of weeks ago and I'm really seeing results! I was prescribed Aczone (AM & PM), Tretinoin (every other PM, atop the Aczone), and Spironolactone at night. There are holes in this regimen, however, so I've come to you fine people for help. I'm unsurprisingly experiencing dryness and flakiness as a result of the Tret, so I switched my cleanser from a gel cleanser to CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, which definitely helps. If I need some extra help with makeup removal, I use a micellar water (Bioderma, with the pink cap) beforehand. I also use a physical sunblock (FAB Ultra Repair Pure Mineral Sunscreen) every morning, because I tend to be a bit sensitive to chemical sunscreens. My issue is with moisturizers.Right now I'm using Belif Aqua Bomb. I like it, actually. It's definitely effective and doesn't make me greasy. However, it is strongly scented, and my derm has also recommended I go oil-free because (and I've noticed this myself) oil based moisturizers tend to pill over the Aczone. I'm not a huge fan of either Cetaphil or CeraVe's moisturizers. Can anybody recommend an oil free moisturizer (without SPF) that has lots of good stuff in it while still being gentle? Is it safe and/or recommended to use something with HA?Unrelated: I'm not seeing a ton of improvement in the comedone situation -- is Tret going to take care of this in due time, or is there some other tool I can utilize in the fight against ugliness? I really cannot afford a medical facial. Thanks in advance for all your help! You guys are great.
