[Acne] Skin is red and rash like after using Adapalene .3% and BP

started mixing BP and Differin (Adapalene .3%) like my Derm instructed me too. my skin is very red and almost rash like, it goes down to both sides of my neck and that's where it's most visible because the bottom of my neck is white but the top is red
