Beauty Tips For Body Care
I started actually using a skin care routine in September and have almost completely eliminated my acne but the last culprit seems to be my night time moisturizer. If I only use my daily moisturizer with SPF for morning and night I have no acne but my nose gets dry and sensitive. The moisturizers that I have tried help with hydration but after a couple weeks I get a couple cystic acne spots a day. I have oil and acne prone skin and don't tend to do well with fragrances.Current Routine: AM: Paula's Choice Regular Strength Clear Acne Treatment (Pore normalizing cleanser, 2% salicylic acid, 2.5% benzoyl peroxide) followed by Cetaphil derma control oil control moisturizer with SPF 30. PM: Same Paula's Choice Treatment (all 3) followed by a moisturizer. So far I have tried Cetaphil moisturizing lotion- normal to dry skin, CeraVe moisturizing cream- normal to dry skin, and most recently simple replenishing rich moisturizer. They all seem to have given me cystic acne and I'm running out of ideas. Any suggestions on products or what might be the common ingredient causing this?
