[Skin Concerns] Why is my skin so dry after using castor oil on my eyebrows for hair growth?

Castor oil works wonder for growing out eyelashes and eyebrows so I use it before bedtime. However when I wake up, I notice that the skin on my eyelid is very flakey after using castor oil (or even coconut oil).Thanks!
