[Skin Concerns] Itchy all over and when I check itchy spots, there are dark blue/back specks and fuzz. Anyone seen this before? (photos enclosed)

My derm can't see me til the 29th. I've been really itchy the past week or so, and I've noticed that the spots on my skin that itch tend to have little black specks on it. I got out my camera and took some close-ups of these spots, and many of them are actually dark blue, and in close-up, look almost like fuzz. I thought it might be from clothing because I found some more of the fuzz specks in my bed- lots actually- but I haven't worn any clothing that color, and it's weird that it's making me itch. Now I'm worried it's some sort of lice or mite. Here are some photos of the stuff, found at various locations around my body- legs, arms, pubic area, ankles...I've also been having lots of small pimples all over my body lately- they're weird because I don't usually get body acne. These have a little white spot in them, and if I scratch it off, they create a hole in my skin. This one, when looked at close up, looks like a string with a ball attached at the end. I don't think I have that- I never went looking for "bugs" or anything in my skin- I've just been quite itchy and these dark blue fuzz things have been turning up. I've become a bit neurotic about it taking tons of photos etc. because I'm just so confused and so itchy. I'm hoping someone on reddit has some insight. thank you!
