[Skin Concerns] What is this redness caused by and what can i use to remedy it?

Here is the offending face http://i.imgur.com/520VyOG.jpgI have had awful acne in the past, been on Roaccutane and it sorted out after the second treatment. Since then my skin has been relatively clear, still had the odd spot here or there and whiteheads are still abound but that's not what's bothering me right now. These blemishes have appeared since I started shaving every day to get rid of the really weak stubble I grow every night, I usually use a bath soap that creates bubbles really easily and use that instead of just water when i shave. Afterwards I dry off my face and apply diprobase cream around where I shaved.I have since been using nivea moisturiser instead but nothing is helping it, I will admit however that I have been using foundation to cover up everyday since in my job I am meeting dozens of new people a day and have to look professional, which I struggle with if I feel like shit due to skin problems.
