Oops! My first post was deleted because I forgot to tag it so let me try again:I have a quick question about coldsore care. I get bad coldsores on my lips once every 6 months or so and I'm curious about those special coldsore bandages. I've tried them once and read the packaging. To me, it seems like they're just plain old hydrocolloid dressings. If so, can I just use regular hycolloid bandages? The coldsore ones are much more expensive. Does anyone have experience with hydrocolloid bandages on coldsores? Thanks!
