[Product Question] I've found a Vitamin C serum that sounds good but it comes in a plastic tube. Does this affect the quality?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
I'm in a part of the world where it's hard to get a good deal on products online after delivery charges, exchange rates etc. so I've been on the hunt for a decent Vitamin C serum available locally. I came across this one by Indeed Laboratories which I thought sounded good but I know from reading the sub that people advise Vitamin C serums should come in a dark glass bottle. Does the fact that it comes in a plastic tube mean it's probably a bit crap?It says it has 22% L- Ascorbic Acid and the ingredients are:dimethicone, ascorbic acid, polysilicone-11, ethylhexyl palmitate, peg-10 dimethicone, silica silylate, silica dimethyl silylate, butylene glycol, sodium hyaluronateAny advice before I purchase would be much appreciated, thanks!
