[Skin Concerns] My acne is under control for the first time since middle school (yay!). Now I'm dealing with dullness sallowness redness and weird textures. Any and all ideas welcome.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hey y'all. Let's do the background info. I'm going to be quite thorough to avoid making you ask me simple questions:Age, Habits, Etc.: I'm a 23 year old female, on hormonal birth control (Tri-Sprintec for 3+ years). I'm a wildlife biologist so I work outdoors from March to November, then work in a bar over the winter. Climate changes from year to year - last year I was in dry northern CA, and this year I'm in the Everglades. My job requires me to be pretty active and I do some cardio outside work too. My diet is, by normal standards, healthy, except that I don't drink enough water.Skin History: I had moderate to severe acne from age 11 to 23. That sucked. When I was younger it was all over my face; in the last few years, it had clearly hormonal patterns. After trying every regimen ever (pretty much), I gave up and went to Curology. I've been on spironolactone 20mg/day, plus topical (4% azelaic acid, 1% clindamycin, 1% niacinamide). The progress has been REALLY encouraging.Skin Type: I suspect dehydrated. I am positive I don't drink enough water - working on it. When I use even a gentle foaming cleanser, my skin feels slightly tight and dry. My nose is chronically flaky and has been for like 5 years (seriously). I do still get breakouts; I'd say I pretty much always have 1-2 active pimples and 1-2 healing, but they are small and usually not too inflamed. Usually either a very small whitehead or a small closed comedone. I extract these from time to time and they always end up kinda flaky and dry while healing. Overall texture is rough in places (like along my lower cheeks where hormonal acne used to reign) and thin and crepey in others (forehead, around eyes).Current Routine:AM:Splash with water, pat dryBiore Watery Essence SPF 50 PA+++ SunscreenMissha Perfect Cover BB Cream, maybe a little Mac Prolongwear concealer on blemishesPM:Oil cleanse with pure mineral oilCleanse with CeraVe Foaming Cleanser (the green one); 3-5 nights a week I'll do this with Clarisonic MiaCurology topical treatment; wait 5 min (4% azelaic, 1% clinda, 1% niacinamide)Benton Snail Bee High Content Essence; wait 5 min (added this 2 weeks ago hoping to help with PIH, redness, crepey texture - not sure I'm seeing a difference)Murad Hydro-Dynamic Ultimate Moisture, just on my chronically peely nose (for once in my life it USUALLY isn't actively sloughing)Eye cream (CeraVe Eye Repair Cream) and lip balm (Jack Black)SKIN CONCERNSHere are some seriously uncomfortably close pics of my face. You'll notice that my freckles are out of control. I like having some freckles but they are seriously crazy already this year and it's not even May yet. But I wear SPF 50 and reapply so I don't know if there's anything to be done about that.Overall texture (pics #1 & 6 especially). I feel like my whole face is covered in not fine lines exactly, but just... odd texture. Like my skin is saggy, sallow, dull. The sagginess is especially evident in pic #7.My nose (pics 3, 7, & 8). After 12 years of crazy huge SFs and blackheads, the pores in my nose are puckered and noticeable. Silicone makeup primers to fill these really make my nose look flaky and weird, so I don't use them. Also, see how my blemishes flake! What a world!A busted blood vessel? Maybe? If you look at photo #8 you'll see two red spots. The one at the tip of my nose is what happens when the world's tiniest blemish tries to heal in the Sahara that is my nose. The one at the top, however, has been there for like... 2 years. There's no bump or texture or pain. I'm guessing that means there's nothing I can do to fix it.I am already getting just the sliiightest of wrinkles - the two vertical ones between my eyebrows (pics 1 & 4). My mom has these and they are deep. Please no.General redness and splotchiness, especially in my cheeks. Not sure if this is PIH, because it seems kinda widespread. My cheeks have not been pink like this my whole life, only since my acne has gone away. Also please note that in the full face photo, I have Missha Perfect Cover BB cream on. I forgot to take it off but it was after a 5 hour hike in the sun in Florida.Thank you for reading my first full length autobiography. Seriously, sorry it came out so long. Please throw any helpful ideas you have my way. Thanks in advance I love you all.
