[Product Question] Just prescribed doxycycline and Retin-A. Pretty scared to start taking them, especially together. Any advice?

Specifically, it's doxycycline monohydrate 100 mg a day for 3 months. I've never been on an antibiotic for so long and am scared of long-term problems and side effects (also have health anxiety lol). I've heard that taking it with food and eating yogurt may help alleviate side effects. Anyone have experience with taking this, especially in conjunction with Retin-A?The Retin-A I got is the 0.025% cream. I'm afraid of purging and also the sun sensitivity, as I am going on a cruise in less than a month and will be out in the sun a lot. I've been using a BHA and AHA for about a month for closed comedones (you can go to my profile to see the beautiful up close photos of that). Should I stop using these now?
