Beauty Tips For Body Care
I know that bottles recommend to reapply sunscreen at least every two hours. I've also heard that they mean two hours of actual sun exposure, so I was hoping to get some recommendations.I work in an office. Fluorescent lighting, no sun exposure even through windows. Every two hours I take a one mile walk outside. I want to make sure I'm protected (I burn fairly easily), so I don't want to underapply, but I also don't want to use too much sunscreen each day because it's expensive.I'm currently applying broad spectrum spf 30, separate one for my face and for the rest of my body. I also wear a silly looking hat with a big front brim. Do I need to reapply before each walk, or can I assume that there's residual sunscreen left from my last walk. Each walk takes around 15-20 minutes, and while it is getting hot, my last walk is at noon so there's not too much sweating.Any help would be greatly appreciated!
