Beauty Tips For Body Care
For all my life, dairy has been a pretty large part of my diet. I don't drink straight up milk, but I do drink Lactaid, eat yogurt and cheese, etc. I couldn't really imagine cutting it from my diet, but I've heard that it really helps to clear acne? Is this true? How do you even know if you have a dairy sensitivity?If this is all true, I'm kind of curious as to how my brother (who drinks at least 4 glasses or more of straight up milk a day) has flawless skin.
