[Acne] I have no idea how to even start treating my pimply butt

I have butt pimples. Lots and lots and lots of butt pimples.I've had them all my life, and through exfoliation (physical and chemical) I can't seem to get rid of them. They make me self conscious - I don't want to take off my clothes in front of a guy, I don't want anyone to see me.Here are some pictures (NSFW because it's my butt, obviously...but tried to make them as SWF as possible)I have tried:Manual exfoliationStridex padsMoisturizerThey did get a little better when I was taking doxycycline for an infection...but now they're back.It makes me want to cry, I just don't know what to do anymore.
