I've been putting it on my face and I don't know if its doing anything but it helps cooling it. I came across this video and the naturopathic doctor (who is an MD) says not to use products with DMDM Hydantoin because its a formaldehyde releaser. Towards the end of the segment, she recommends using aloe instead of coal tar. Well guess what, her example of aloe to use is the CVS one I have which, you guessed it, contains DMDM Hydantoin. Oy.
