[Product Question] I just got Cerave's makeup removing pads. Are they supposed to tingle?

They have hyaluronic acid and ceramides, neither of which I've used before. It's a fairly light tingling/burning sensation that mostly went away after 2 or 3 minutes. Not very painful at all. Anyway... is my skin over-reacting or am I? :)Thanks!
