I saw this video on my suggestion feed and realize I've never cleaned my face like he does. My method has always been scrubbing it while in the shower to knock off any dead skin flakes. It doesn't really work since I have to deal with dead flakes all day long, every day. I have a routine to stop the SB flairs, just looking to clean up my routine a bit in order to repair my damaged skin.
