[Routine Help] I need help with my shaving routine (Male facial shaving routine)

Since at work we have a clean shave policy I end up having to shave every 2 - 3 days but I'm worried about irritation.How do you keep a clean shave without irritation?I shave at night before bed just incase I cut myself shaving so it's got time to heal and clean up in the morning.
