[Routine help] Shiny face, tiny spots?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hi all,I'm new to the whole skin care routine, the reason being I have always had spots on my forehead that would grow huge, painful and unappealing looking.Recently I set my own routine after reading through a few posts. I have acne prone combination skin. And had a question or two. My routine is as follows, been doing this for almost a week:AM:Neutrogena spot preventing daily cleanserSimple kind to skin facial tonerOlay lightweight SPF 15 daily moisturiserNeutrogena 4-hour spot treatment gelPM:Same, additional NIP+ FAB Extreme Glycolic Pads after cleanser and before toner.I used to use the glyco pads in the morning too but that felt too harsh on my skin so I reduced it to nighttime only.I noticed that my forehead gets quite reflective after my routine, is there anything I can do about it?Also, noticed I get tiny white spots that usually gets exfoliated away that does not really develop into anything, why is this? It seems to repeat in the mid forehead and right mid cheek under my eye. It believe none of the products really caused a breakout, as I used to get these tiny white spots before too. After I use my glyco pads, should I wipe my face again? I am not sure if I am supposed to leave those acids on my face, I do use a toner after though. The product does not specify.(Also I am from UK) Thank you!
