[Skin Concerns] Where do I start? Dermatillomania, Rosacea, allergies, and more.

Beauty Tips For Body Care
As mentioned in the title, I have several skin conditions. I want to finally start caring for my skin, but I'm not sure where to start. My skin type is very dry and very sensitive, to the point where plain warm water is too drying and harsh. I live in the US.In addition to papulopustular rosacea I have mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), which means I get red facial flushing plus swelling and burning. It also means I'm unable to tolerate most synthetic fragrances. I'm also allergic to most natural things (coconut oil, avocado oil, tree nuts, bananas, jojoba, and more!), so I try to stick to fragrance-free products with synthetic ingredients. Also, thanks to chronic pain and fatigue (EDS-HT), I'm lucky if I shower twice a week, and I've occasionally gone 4+ days without washing my face. On bad days I've been known to apply an intense moisturizer (First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream) to my face and then just use a terry cloth washcloth to exfoliate off the dead skin. This has left me with a lot of skin buildup, which gives me a lot of skin to pick, worsening the dermatillomania. I want to change this.My current night routine is: - FAB Face Cleanser (applied with an extra gentle Buf-Puf) - MetroCream (metrogel in cream form; gel was too drying) - FAB Ultra Repair CreamI don't have a morning routine right now.Within the past month I started using the Buf-Puf about a month ago, and while the exfoliation helped it wasn't enough.I took the plunge and bought a Clarisonic Mia 2, but I haven't used it yet because I'm waiting on the Delicate head to come in. I'm planning on only using the lowest setting for my face.I just ordered the FAB Ultra Repair Pure Mineral Sunscreen Moisturizer SPF 40 to apply during the day (I rarely leave the house, but I want to get into the habit of regularly using SPF).I also ordered a VoilaVe Vitamin C Serum, which I hope will help with how dull my skin is.I'm not exactly sure which chemical exfoliators I should use.I'm considering Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting 8% AHA Gel Exfoliant with Glycolic Acid and/or Neutrogena's Rapid Wrinkle Repair. However, I'm concerned about the fragrance in the Neutrogena product.I have some Simple Micellar Water wipes which I'm planning to use as a cleanser for my morning routine (I've tried them before and I don't react to them) until I can get a full bottle. I also have a sample of Nip+ Fab Skin Glycolic Fix pads, so they are available to me as a sample.I know I should probably go to a spa and get a series of facial treatments to get my skin to a good place, but 1) I'm on a tight budget and 2) I'm very limited with how often I can leave my house, and that it's just out of the realm of possibility for me right now.My questions come down to: - what order should I use my products in? - what order should I add my new products to my routine? - which exfoliators should I consider (AHA, BHA, retinol)? - in what order should I test out adding new chemical exfoliators? - how far apart should I space adding new products?tl;dr: I'm a complete noob with very sensitive skin who needs advice on how to start a routine.
