[Skin Concern] Boil in groin area - help managing/getting rid of?!

Hi, I constantly seem to be getting large spots/boils in my groin/intimate area - I know it's because I'm a chunkier girl, so my legs rub together. I just need any help I can get with advice on how to prevent/help remove when they do arise, as I have a HUGE one right now which is quite painful.Do you guys ever get them? Am I alone in this?!
