[skin concerns] Absolutely horrible razor bumps, haven't gone away for 1 month (pictures included)

I used a friends shaver and stupidly shaved in the wrong direction. I was in a rush so it was a hasty decision. It's been just over a month with little improvement. Some are forming whiteheads and they get pretty dry. They start to get crusty and peel. Should I visit a doctor?
