[Acne] Night before a big event, which product should be my last effort to reduce redness?

As the title says, I've got a big event tomorrow and I would love nothing more than to tone down the redness from my acne just a little bit by tomorrow. Between Clean & Clear Advantage Spot Treatment, 10% BP, and Cerave PM (or any combination) what should I leave on tonight as my last effort?Or if there's any products I might find at a nearby drugstore/Walmart, I would love suggestions!
