[Skin Concerns] I have a weird rash on both of my ring fingers, anyone had a similar experience?

Hi there /r/SkincareAddiction,For the past few years, I've had a strange rash on the underside of both of my ring fingers. It was always pretty mild and seemed to come and go randomly over the months, but recently it's gotten a lot worse and has started to spread to my other fingers.I'm not seeking any medical advice, but I'd love to know if anyone else had a similar experience and if anything worked to help subside the rash as it will be a while before I'll be able to afford to see a professional.Here are a few photos of both my ring fingers, as well as the tops of my fingers, where you can see it's starting to spread.http://imgur.com/a/xek12Thank-you very much
