[Acne][Skin Concerns] Best method to treat these box scars and pitted scars? Should I use TCA Cross or Fillers?

In addition to professional treatments, I have been dermarolling/stamping for the past 18 months now and I have seen improvement in my acne scars overall when using angled lighting. They have definitely made some collagen production!However up front, the scars on the left side of my face still look a little harsh. I was doing some research to see if 1) TCA cross, 2) subscision fanning/needling and/or 3) permanent fillers will be a viable option for me at the moment.I normally dermastamp and suction every 6-7 weeks and have my acne under control. Although it gets a little oily at times, it isn't a problem. Any suggestions from persons with similar experiences or professionals widely welcomed.
