Beauty Tips For Body Care
Okay, I re-read my past post, and I realized it was a huge wall of text so I'm gonna try to write more concisely. So, I am a 23 year old dude, and while I've never truly had acne, I have breakouts here and there. I think I'm a little OCD about my skin because I always wear foundation to cover up this slight redness around my nostrils. It is nothing excessive, and certainly not as bad as some others I have seen.I recently had a pretty bad breakout that lasted a few weeks mainly because I kept using shitty drugstore brand foundations to cover them up, which would cause my breakouts to get even worse. I went through extensive trial and error with cleansers until I finally found Neutrogena 2-in-1 Fight and Fade toner, which is like a miracle cure for me. It dried out my skin really badly whenever I followed the directions, and put it on after using a facial cleanser. So, I started only washing my face with hot water, and I would put on the toner right after. I know a lot of people say that you shouldn't only use a toner in your daily regimen, but ever since I started doing it my face became exponentially better. I even saw a lot of my redness that was present in other parts of my skin because of the breakouts subside. Right now my skin looks fantastic, but I'm wondering if there is any way to completely get rid of the slight redness around my nostrils?I know most people have at least a little in that area, but I also know there are others who have NO redness whatsoever so I'm wondering if it was possible to go from slight redness to absolutely zero whatsoever? I would love to be able to do that so I could stop wearing foundation altogether. I have some really, really, really slight blackheads in that area which are not noticeable, but I feel like I have to pop them at least every other day. Is this normal?Could the mild blackheads be what is causing the redness? Is there any way to completely get rid of tiny blackheads? The nose strips don't work because the blackheads are just too small to attach themselves to the sticky part. What can I do? I really want to have flawless skin because I have an unusually olive skin tone for a white person so redness tends to stand out on me. :( does anyone have any advice on my routine, and any ideas as to how I could get rid of the redness completely for once and all?
