[Product Question] Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid/Vit C and carcinogens...?

Beauty Tips For Body Care
Hello lovely SCA,I read a little article today about the formation of Benzene, a carcinogen, through the combination of Sodium Benzoate & citric acid/Vitamin C at an acidic pH.I was a tiny bit shocked and looked through my products, and well, my BR P50 Lotion contains both offenders. Now, the thing is, to form Benzene, the pH of the products seems to have to be under 3.8, but as for as I know, the pH of P50 clocks in at 3.0. Also, I'm using a physical sunscreen afterwards, which may contribute to the reaction...?So this goes out to my science-y redditors - does this render the P50 carcinogenic? Or am I missing some other factors which contribute to the forming of Benzene?I'm just kinda bummed; I want to keep using my P50 but the possibility of carcinogens forming on my face everyday doesn't sound too great... I hope you can tell me more, reddit! :)
