Beauty Tips For Body Care
My current routine is as follows:Morning:Cleanse w/ Garnier Micellar Cleansing WaterStridex Pads- Sensitive w/ AloeTone w/ pure witch hazelMoisturize w/ Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer SPF 15 SensitiveMost days I don't wear makeup. When I do, I remove it with micellar water before proceeding with my night routine:Cleanse w/ Feeling Beautiful Apple Cider Vinegar Foaming Clay 4-in-1 (every 2-3 nights I leave this on as a mask)Stridex Pads- Sensitive w/ AloeTone w/ pure witch hazelMoisturize w/ Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer SPF 15 SensitiveSpot treat with pure tea tree oilCoconut oil on brows/lips/lashesEvery two weeks, I use the Vivo Per Lei Dead Sea Salt Exfoliating Gel after my cleanser in the morning.This has been my routine for the past two months or so- I added the Stridex pads two weeks ago and I have fewer pimples but more dryness and clogged pores.I have clogged pores on my forehead, cheeks, and jawline; I tend to break out under my cheekbones, next to my nose and on my chin and forehead. I have some blackheads across my nose but more towards my hairline. Lately, my skin has been extremely oily in my T-zone but dry and flaky on my chin and around recent breakouts. I play roller derby and suspect that my helmet is the source of some of my forehead and jawline breakouts. I mist toner over my face immediately after practice and wash my face when I get home. Am I overexfoliating? Should I be using a soap-and-water cleanser? Should I be using a different moisturizer? What can I do to help my skin clear up?
