[Before and after][Routine help]I finally have no more zits, what's the next step to eliminate these scars?

Hey, this is me now and before. my skin have improved drastically in 1 year, but since then (1 year) my skin has been pretty much the same, I would really like to remove those scars, they are still very visible. I've read the sidebar but I am quite a noob, all the creams I've used were given to me by my doctor (I can post their names if you need when a get home), so I couldn't find what should I do next. Thanks in advance.
