Beauty Tips For Body Care
I was originally prescribed Adapalene 0.1 gel but due to insurance issues my pcp prescribed me Tret 0.025 gel instead. Here's my routine as of last night (first tret application):AM:cetaphil gentle cleanser > eye gel > clindamycin > bp 2.5% > sunscreen > makeupPM:micellar cleansing water > cerave foaming > eye gel> wait 25 mins > apply tret > wait 30 mins > cerave pm lotion > thin layer of aquaphorCritiques? Comments? Concerns? Any would be greatly appreciated :)Thanks for reading!P.s Anyone else use cerave pm with tret? I feel like it "balls" up and doesn't really get absorbed into my skin like before... I used 2 more pumps than what I normally useALSO: woke up this morning with 3-4 clogged pores coming up to head!! Amazing stuff
